On this day 4 years ago, Jay-Z went back to the top of the charts with his album "American Gangster". The album would be the 10th "Jay Hova" release to hit No. 1, which temporarily tied him with Elvis Presley for 2nd all time (The Beatles are at 19 No. 1 albums).
